Activate the data collection forms

To begin collecting data from parents (either new parents adding their data OR active families confirming for a new school year), you'll need to activate your account for data collection.  

DO NOT SKIP this step.  If you don't activate your forms parents will receive a message that the system is closed for update.

Go to  Account Settings / Data Collection / Activate

  • Step 1:  Check the Activate box
  • Step 2:  Enter the Start and Expiration dates.  Put the expiration date far enough out in advance to ensure it won't "close" the form too early.  

Tip:  We recommend that you keep this form "open" year round.  This allows you to add new families to your directory throughout the school year.  You will receive a weekly notice when new families are in your account awaiting acceptance.
