How do I activate or renew our account
First, thank you for selecting our service. To activate your trial to a paid status or to renew just login to your account and go to Account Settings / Profile and Billing. You will need to logged in as the primary account administrator to get to this feature.
There you'll see your options to purchase or renew under Billing Status:
- If purchasing for the first time, click on the purchase link to select your level of service. Then fill out the simple form and submit.
- If renewing, you'll see your account expiration date and type. Click on the link and you'll see a simple form automatically filled with your account information. Make any changes and submit.
We'll send you an email with an invoice attached so you can pay online or via check.
