How do I cancel our account
We understand, sometimes it just isn't meant to be. Since we don't automatically charge your credit card, your account will expire automatically once the year is up. To see when your account expires go to Account Settings / Profile and Billing. You'll your account expiration date under the Billing Status.
You may want to remove all access before your account expires to avoid confusing your parents. Just go to Portal Access / Send All Access and the Group Access tab. Select Remove for all parents and click submit.
If you'd like us to close your account for you or you need to cancel before your annual renewal please send an email to email@example.com.
